As women our body goes through countless changes over the years; puberty and motherhood to name a few.
Then, there are competitive sports, such as gymnastics, dance, cheer, and bodybuilding. (I’m a fan of all of these by the way).
There are also pageant competitors and career models.
The one thing ALL of these have in common is that they drastically change our bodies. You morph your body into something else.
Evolve into SOMEONE else.
You create the body you need for your baby or to go on stage and compete.
Then…when it’s all over…you’re left with tryin to figure out how to adjust to a “normal” body.
What does that even mean?
You’re too fat,
You’re too buff.
Or you don’t have enough muscle.
Don’t even get me started on your saggy boobs…. the list is endless.
