Now on to topic! We all have habits good and bad. Some we acquired from our up bringing and some we created ourselves. Habits are things you do without even thinking about it. We often say “I do this out of habit”.
Habits can lead us away from our goals in life, or towards them.
Habit change can be difficult because you LITERALLY have to create new better ones or get rid of old ones.
This can be a challenge. What is one habit you want to focus to change in the next 90 days?
I just finished reading “The Compound Effect” by Darren Hardy. I HIGHLY recommend this book if you are serious about creating a new habit! He has tons of resources and laid out guide on how to do this!
Also, in my health coaching or communication I use the habit change coaching method! It is about learning what works best for you and YOU creating your own habits that are sustainable for your lifestyle!
